Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Purchasing a vehicle from another state is a risky proposition and I had a poor experience 6 months prior with a Car Gurus "top rated dealer ". Steve at JC PRE-OWNED completely put any concerns I had to rest as honesty and transparency was evident from the first interaction. Never felt pressure, all questions answered honesty and matching research through carfax, communication was flawless. So any decent dealership will do the above but in my experience once sale is finalized you no longer are a priority. Not with Steve. Transportation company didn't arrive on time and showed up 9 am Xmas morning. Steve postponed his family's travel itinerary to meet transport and get them the keys! Do I need to say anything else?
